BASES DE PARTICIPACION EXPO EROTIKA 2013

La convocatoria es abierta y gratuita, pudiendo participar artistas colombianos  y extranjeros quienes tengan al GRABADO como disciplina de expresión plástica.

1. El tema a desarrollar es “EL EROTISMO”.
2. Cada artista podrá participar con un máximo de 3 obras, de las cuales deberá enviar dos estampas iguales de cada una, firmadas, numeradas (P/A, #/#, BAT) sin enmarcar y debidamente empacadas para que su transporte sea el más óptimo, en soporte rígido o enrolladas en tubo de cartón.
3. En la parte posterior de cada grabado deberán tener escrito a lápiz los siguientes datos:

·         Año de realización.

·         Técnica utilizada.

·         Nombre completo.

·         Dirección postal.

·         Correo electrónico.

·         País.

4. La fecha de realización de cada obra enviada ha de ser del año 2011 en adelante.
5. Las obras enviadas deben venir acompañadas de la ficha de inscripción, totalmente diligenciada y FIRMADA.
6. Se admitirán técnicas de GRABADO tradicionales y mixtas: AGUAFUERTE, AGUATINTA, MEZZOTINTA, MANERA NEGRA, XILOGRAFIA, LINOLEOGRAFIA, ALGRAFIA, LITOGRAFIA, SERIGRAFIA, INTAGLIO Y CHINE COLLEGE (para OTRAS TÉCNICAS consultar previamente), no se aceptarán fotocopias ni impresiones digitales.
7. El formato para el trabajo ha de ser: Área del papel (25 x 35 cms), área de la estampa (hasta 25 x 15).
8. La fecha de recepción de las obras es el día 1 de septiembre de 2013, Las obras recibidas fuera de término no serán aceptadas, se tomará como referencia la fecha del matasellos.
9. Las estampas deberán ser remitidas a:

Piedecuesta, Santander, Colombia. 

En el sobre de envió se ha de colocar la inscripción ENVIO DE MUESTRA GRAFICA SIN VALOR COMERCIAL. Todos los gastos derivados del envío o presentación serán por cuenta del participante.

10. La devolución de la obra enviada se hará en los meses de noviembre y diciembre de 2013 y el artista deberá abonar en concepto de gastos de envió de devolución el importe de USD $25 (Américas) y de USD $ 35 (resto del mundo), bien a través de giro postal o transferencia bancaría a Nombre de Julio César Rodríguez Jaimes (Director Taller de Gráfica La Huella), quien se encargará de entregar los datos bancarios a los artistas que seleccionen la orden de transferencia una vez comprobada su ficha de inscripción. En caso de que los gastos de envío excedan de la cantidad fijada, por cuestión de embalaje, tamaño etc, la organización contactará con el  artista  para informar del coste.
11. En todos los casos los artistas seleccionados y no seleccionados han de marcar claramente en la ficha de inscripción la opción de retornar la obra. En caso de que el autor no señale ninguna de las casillas correspondientes a los métodos de devolución, se entenderá que renuncia a la propiedad de su obra y esta pasará a ser parte del GABINETE DE ESTAMPA del TALLER DE GRAFICA LA HUELLA, las cuáles serán utilizadas con fines pedagógicos y educativos de nuestros estudiantes y eventuales exposiciones itinerantes que se puedan generar entorno a la gráfica en Colombia y /o el extranjero, dando los respectivos créditos del autor y su nacionalidad, así como también se garantiza que estas y NO SERAN COMERCIALIZADAS. (a menos que su autor lo manifieste por escrito en documento aparte, la autorización al Taller de Gráfica La Huella para su Comercialización y estará dispuesto a entregar una comisión del 40% de su venta como contribución al taller.)
12. Un Jurado reconocido hará una selección de las obras para ser exhibidas de acuerdo a su calidad.
13. La muestra se realizará desde el Septiembre 10 de 2013 – hasta el 15 de Octubre de 2013
14. La muestra se difundirá masivamente en los medios de comunicación local, nacional y se enviará comunicación del evento a centros gráficos internacionales de reconocida trayectoria.
15. Al concluir la exposición, se hará un catálogo virtual para ser enviado a cada participante donde se recojan los momentos más importantes de la exposición, y se enviará la certificación de participación.
16. Se distinguirán a cinco obras para ser publicados en el sitio oficial del TALLER DE GRAFICA LA HUELLA, (www.tallerlahuella.com) y se enviará un diploma de reconocimiento a  su autor.
17. El Taller de Gráfica La Huella, responsable del evento NO se hará responsable del deterioro, robo, extravío, incendio, terremoto, actos vandálicos y otros casos fortuitos que puedan llegar a suceder en el tiempo que dure la exposición desde su arribo hasta su retorno según el caso.
18. Todas las obras participantes, seleccionadas o no seleccionadas podrán ser utilizadas como imágenes de divulgación en medios masivos de comunicación: prensa, televisión, video, afiches, catálogos, internet etc, sin llegar a ser utilizadas como usufructo de derechos de autor, para lo cual se entregarán todos los créditos correspondientes al autor de mencionada imagen.
19. El envío de la obra junto con la ficha de Inscripción indica  la aceptación de este reglamento.

    RULES OF PARTICIPATION  - EXPO EROTIKA 2013

The convocatory is open and free, and can participate Colombians and foreign artists who have the ENGRAVING as plastic expression.

1. The topic to expound is "THE EROTISM”.

3. On the back of each print should be written in pencil the following data:

·         Technique used.

5. The works sent must be accompanied by the registration form, totally filled out and SIGNED.
6. Be accepting techniques of Engraving traditional and mixed: etchings, aquatint, mezzotint, WAY BLACK, XYLOGRAPHY, SERIGRAPHY, linoleography, ALGRAFIA, LITHOGRAPHY INTAGLIO and CHINE COLLEGE (for OTHER TECHNICAL consulting), will not accept photocopies or digital prints.
7. The format for the job has to be: Area of ​​paper (25 x 35 cms), the stamp area (until 25 x 15).

In the envelope of send, you should put in the inscription GRAPHIC SAMPLE SHIPPING NO COMMERCIAL VALUE. All costs of sending or presentation will be supported by the participant.

10. The return of the work sent, will be made in the months of November and December 2013, and the artist and the artist must pay by expenditure concept of sending of the return the amount of USD $ 25 (Americas) and USD $ 35 (rest of world) well through of order postal or bank transfer to name Julio Cesar Rodriguez Jaimes (Director Taller de Gráfica La Huella) who will arrange deliver bank details to the artists that select the transfer order once bought the registration form. 11. In all cases the artists selected and unselected they should clearly mark in the registration form the option of returning the work. In the event that the author did not point any of the corresponding checkboxes for return methods, will be understood that give up ownership of his work and this will become part of the CABINET OF ESTAMP of the TALLER DE GRAFICA LA HUELLA, the which ones will be utilized with ends, pedagogical and educational of our students  and eventual exhibits itinerant that be may generate the environment of the graphical in Colombia and / or the foreign, giving the respective author credits and nationality, so as too claims are made regarding that these and not will be commercialized. (Unless the author specified in writing by in a separate document, the authorization to the Taller de Grafica La Huella to its commercialization and will be willing to deliver a 40% commission of its sale as a contribution to the workshop.)
12. A renowned jury will be a select of the works to be exhibited according to your quality.
13. The sample will be performed from September 10, 2013 - until October 15, 2013.
14. The sample will diffuse massively in the media, local, national and will be send communication of the event to international centers of renowned trajectory.
15. At the conclude the exhibition, there will be a  virtual catalog to be sent to each  participant where they are collected the most important moments of exposure and will send them the certification of participation.
16. Will be distinguished five works to be published on the official site of the TALLER DE GRAFICA LA HUELLA, (www.tallerlahuella.com) and will be send a diploma of recognition to its author.
17. El Taller de Gráfica La Huella, is responsible of the event will NOT be responsible for deterioration theft, fire, earthquake, vandalism and other acts fortuitous that can ever happen in the duration of exposure from their arrival until your return as the case may.
18. All participating works,  may be utilized as images outreach, in mass media: print, television, video, posters, catalogs, internet etc. without becoming used as usufruct copyright, for which will be delivered to all claims relating of the author of said image.
19. The sending of the work along with the Registration tab indicates your acceptance of these rules.
